1- How can I order the products on your web site? There are many ways to order our products.

For more info click here . 3- How can I pay for products? We accept the 2 major credit cards Visa and MasterCard. You can also, if you prefer, pay by money order, cash or by bank transfer (EFT). Appliances Supplements 5- Do you ship outside of Canada ? Yes. We use different carriers to offer many options to our customers. Most of the time postal services is the cheapest way to ship outside of Canada. 6- What is your return policy ? We will not accept returned items without an RAN (return authorization number). You must contact us BEFORE returning an item in order to get an RAN. Any products returned for refund must be unopened in its original container with the safety seal intact. A 20% restocking fee may be applied. Shipping costs are not refunded on returned goods. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
